    Terms of Use

    These terms govern your use of the Scalino website and of all content, services and products offered through the platform (together the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

    1. Definitions

    The following terms are used throughout this agreement:

    • “Scalino”: the operator of scalino.co and its subdomains and the provider of the Service.
    • “Service”: the lead generation, automation, export and integration tools provided by Scalino.
    • “Customer”: the individual or legal entity accepting these terms.
    • “User”: a natural person invited to the Customer’s organization who accesses the Service with their own account.
    • “Credit”: the digital usage unit spent on lead generation and certain features.
    • “Lead”: a business record compiled from publicly available sources.

    2. Scope of the Service

    Scalino is an online platform that lets you search, compile, list, export and sync business data from public sources such as the Google Maps Places API.

    The number and limits of available features depend on your plan. We may add, change or remove features; material changes are announced in advance.

    Using the Service requires a suitable internet connection and an up-to-date browser, at your own cost. We do not guarantee compatibility with any specific browser or operating system.

    3. Accounts and Responsibility

    You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

    The Customer is responsible for ensuring that invited users comply with these terms. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

    4. Subscriptions, Credits and Payment

    Some features are available on the free plan, others require a paid subscription or credit purchase. You agree to pay the fees of your chosen plan according to the published pricing and payment terms.

    Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time; your subscription stays active until the end of the current period.

    Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, which are added to the invoice where applicable.

    • Credits are consumed when used and are generally non-refundable.
    • Credits may have an expiry date depending on your plan.
    • Credits cannot be transferred to other accounts or organizations, nor exchanged for cash.
    • If a payment fails, paid features of your account may be suspended.

    5. Cancellation and Refunds

    You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and fees for that period are not refunded.

    Statutory withdrawal rights remain reserved.

    6. Acceptable Use

    When using the Service you agree not to:

    • Breach applicable law, third-party rights or these terms.
    • Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or abusive bulk communication.
    • Overload the platform with automated tools, reverse engineer it or attempt to bypass security controls.
    • Sell, rent or share your account or credits with third parties.
    • Use the obtained data for unlawful profiling or discrimination.

    7. Data Sources and Your Compliance Duty

    Scalino compiles data from public sources and does not warrant its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

    The Customer is responsible for complying with all applicable regulations, including GDPR and electronic marketing rules, when using generated lead data.

    8. Third-Party Integrations

    Integrations such as Google Sheets and Odoo CRM are subject to the terms of their own providers. Scalino is not liable for outages, policy changes or access restrictions of those services.

    Credentials you provide for an integration are used only to perform the transfers you instruct.

    9. Intellectual Property

    The Scalino brand, software, interface design and documentation belong to Scalino and are protected by copyright. These terms grant you a right to use the Service, not ownership of the software.

    Lead lists you generate and content you upload remain yours. We receive a limited right to store and process that content in order to provide the Service.

    10. Service Availability

    We use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure provider failures or force majeure. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data, or business interruption.

    In any case our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Scalino during the twelve months preceding the claim.

    12. Suspension and Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account in case of a breach of these terms, non-payment or usage that threatens platform security. Except for severe breaches, we send a warning first where possible.

    You may close your account at any time. On termination you are given a reasonable period to export your data.

    13. Changes

    We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page and material changes are announced before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the new terms.

    14. Governing Law and Contact

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
