    Creating an automation

    Steps

    1. 1Open "Automation" and click "New automation".
    2. 2Schedule: pick the start and end dates.
    3. 3Daily lead limit: the maximum number of leads generated each day.
    4. 4Run time and time zone: choose when it triggers each day, using your target country's time zone.
    5. 5Lead parameters: business target, country, region/district and minimum rating — same as a one-off search.
    6. 6Integrations: optionally add a Google Sheet URL or enable Odoo CRM delivery.
    7. 7Review total days, daily leads and total leads in the cost summary.
    8. 8Press "Start automation".

    How credits are charged

When the automation starts, credits are reserved for the full plan (days × daily limit). They are consumed as each day runs.

If a day returns fewer records than targeted, only the generated leads are charged and the remainder returns to your balance.

    Automation statuses

    • Scheduled: the start date has not arrived yet.
    • Active: running daily at the set time.
    • Completed: reached the end date with all planned leads generated.
    • Expired: the end date has passed.
    • Cancelled: you stopped it manually.

    Cancelling and refunds

    Steps

    1. 1Find the automation in the list.
    2. 2Click "Cancel".
    3. 3The confirmation shows how many leads remain unbuilt and how many credits will be refunded.
    4. 4Confirm — the refund lands in your balance immediately.

    Reviewing generated leads

Each automation has a "Generated leads" section where you can browse records, export them to Excel or CSV, or push them to your connected Google Sheet with "Sync to Sheet".

    Designing a good plan

    • Set a daily limit your team can actually call (e.g. 20-50 leads/day).
    • Schedule the run slightly before your team starts work so the list is ready.
    • Create separate automations per city instead of one giant sweep.
    • Always set the time zone of the target country.

    Frequently asked questions

Will an automation return the same business twice?

No. It filters out records already generated by the same automation and looks for new businesses each day.

What if no leads are found on a given day?

No credits are spent that day. If the area is exhausted, start a second automation with new parameters.

How many automations can run at once?

As many as your credit balance supports — they run in parallel.
